On Saturday, 3 October 2026, Virtus Sports Park in Kamnik hosted the Virtus Open, the competition that closed our summer season on the big trampoline.
In beautiful sunny weather, the athletes showed their skills and courage in two disciplines: the big trampoline and jumps into the big air bag. Spectators enjoyed many spectacular jumps, and the athletes created a great sporting atmosphere.
The competition was held in two categories, under 16 and open, with 14 athletes from three Slovenian clubs. Among the members of ŠD Grbina, Luka Kuharič won the open category in both disciplines, and Lan Zupan was second in the big air bag jumps.
With the Virtus Open the summer season on the big trampoline has come to an end. A new challenge awaits the athletes: equipment and training are slowly moving to the snow, where the new winter season begins.
Congratulations to all athletes for their performances, courage and sportsmanship, and thank you to everyone who helped make the competition a success!
